Tunisia has more than 60 species of olive trees. Chetoui, Chemlali, Beldi, Sayali are so many different varieties, each adapted to a region, a soil and a climate of its own.
It is thus that the oldest olive trees in Tunisia date of more than 2, 500 years and its roots cover a surface area of about sixteen metres.
Harvested at full maturity, once completely black, our olives are hand-picked and prepared in the traditional way to reveal all their flavour.
