Recette eggs harissa
It is always curious, in Baba Bahri, to know a little more about the way you use our ingredients. This time around the Harissa Craft ! And above all hungry to try new recipes ! 
This week we invited Katy Lee, joyous, california 🌊🌞in Paris, to share with us her recipe coup de coeur-based Harissa Craft! A dish of his childhood and related to her grandmother 👵, of chinese origin, to which the eggs were an integral part of every meal.

 

"The first time I tasted a recipe for Devil's eggs it was love at first sight, total ! 😍
I think I would have been able to eat 1 million. This has become my tv Comfort Food that makes me travel in time. For this recipe I use now the harissa hand to his taste smoky and slightly spicy. A way to give depth and at the same time a little kick ! "

Ingredients (2 People)

    • 4 eggs 🥚
    • ¼ Cup mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon of harissa 🌶
    • ¼ Ground cumin
    • 3 tablespoon red pepper chopped finely (optional)
    • Salt and pepper according to your liking
    • Paprika (decoration) 

Step 1 : Preparation and cooking of the eggs

Place the eggs 🥚in a pot of water and bring to heat until boiling.
Remove the pan from the fire at the first sign of a boil and let stand with lid on for 10 minutes. Then remove the water and place the eggs in cold water. Remove the shells of the eggs and then cut in two in the direction of the length. 

Step 2 : Preparation of the stuffing

Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Then use a fork to crumble the yolks and mix with all ingredients except paprika. Be careful to mix thoroughly so as not to allow lumps. Fill in the half-white of this preparation and then arrange them on the tv. Finally, sprinkle each half-egg of paprika. Now it is ready ! Good appetite! 🙂
