The Leaves of the Olive tree Bio (olea europaea) from our olive grove family, located on the rocky hillsides of Djebel Oust in Tunisia.

Sips of sunshine, the leaves release a green taste, and slightly sweet, which can make one think the oamatcha japanese. Our old prepared traditionally as a tea to adapt to the time of a beverage, the longevity of the zitouns (olive) trees.

These Leaves of the Olive tree Bio are rich in Oleuropéine, molecule phytoactive which helps to lower blood pressure (antihypertensive) and regulate diabetes light effects (hypoglycemic). You will also be able to integrate the olive leaf to your routine and take advantage of its antioxidant effects or antibacterial agents.

Tips of use : Pour boiling water over the leaves and let infuse for 10 to 12 min. It is important to have a water warm in the case of an infusion. Another method of preparation would be to opt for a decoction, namely boil the leaves and water together in order to extract all the benefits.
