Harissa Craft soft and fragrant Tunisia (Cap Bon)
Smoky, spicy, and slightly tangy, this Harissa craft Tunisia will warm your hearts and your dishes.
Preparation very rooted in the culinary traditions of tunisia, there are as many varieties of Harissa regions and families ! Every home, village, region has its own recipe and its uses. What is magical is that its flavor is far from the quality of the ingredients (variety of pepper, olive oil, variety of garlic) and its manufacturing process.
Our Harissa is made with chili peppers Baklouti, dried in the sun and then in the oven to give a lovely smoky notes in the mouth. We have subsequently added garlic, caraway and coriander to flavor any.
As an aperitif, our Harissa will be perfect diluted in olive oil, stewed in a creamy yogurt or approval of a delicious hummus house. In the kitchen, it will be the essential ingredient to your marinades, soups, tomato sauces, or chakchoukas.
