Ideal for the preparation of a pan-fried vegetables ( zucchini, peppers, carrots) ! I added Thyme Baba Bahri of Tunisia, olive oil, and as soon as we spread the thyme over the vegetables a sweet smell emerges. The thyme brings a lot of scent and flavor in the dish. A beautiful way to bring the sweetness and the sun of Tunisia in my plates. The package bag is practical, it allows to preserve the flavors of the plant

  2. Eric

I didn't think you could find qualities of thyme also different depending on the variety and the provenance ... thyme Baba Bahri is absolutely delicious ! A taste sliced and subtle at the same time ! I use it regularly as a tea while it is hot in my thermos, during the winter, and all year in my pies, pancakes, salted, quiches or simply on an egg to the dish etc... A treat !

  3. Ilaria

A very nice discovery! Thyme Baba Bahri has a unique taste, different from the thyme Italian that I outilisais: his taste is more subtle and delicate, and has notes that reppellent even oregano. Needless to say, it blends to perfection with tomatoes, on pizza, a focaccia or a simple bruschetta with oil, and garlic, but also with vegetables roasted in the oven or in an infusion. I advise!

  4. Maya

A thyme very fragrant, with notes powerful and rich, a true treat as well in the kitchen as a tea. It is my major asset to tomato sauces, roasted vegetables and my herbal tea in the afternoon

  5. Katy

I love these products. Top quality and so good! I bought thyme, harissa, and the olives. The thyme was fragrant and perfect for any delish and making thyme tea. The harissa is amazing! I put it on everything. A little goes a long way and the taste is very fresh (i understand why it is a top seller!). The olives are very good too, especially with my salads. Love my products. Thank you Baba Bahri. Highly recommend!

  6. Chloé

Thyme Baba Bahri is not a thyme-like the others, it is multidisciplinary, it makes a great addition to my tomato sauces made in-house, as a relish on my soups or to give a bit of pep in my salads, it's also a perfect anti-bacterial infusion during the winters with a little honey and the turn is played. I would recommend it with closed eyes this product !

  7. Catherine

I am a fan of the Thyme! Perfect on toast with fresh goat cheese with honey, as an infusion, in preparations of vegetables,... it smells good, its taste is intense and it is beautiful to see, with its colors,... Of the sun in the plate 🙂 Thank you Baba Bahri for the quality of your products!

  8. Mériem LEBRUN WEILL

Very good product. I use it mostly as a tea, in the morning or in the evening, after dinner. But I do not hesitate to let me serve to flavor a quiche or to meet a fried potato.
